My career path has been anything but a straight line. Starting out of school in investment banking, I worked tirelessly to learn quick, deliver results, and challenge the status quo. I pivoted into accounting and finance search where I met thousands of professionals in the space and ultimately, after six and half years, took an operational leadership position with a start-up where I collaborated with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering.

With this mix of experience, I've launched The Lattice Group to provide candidates and company partners with a professional and highly communicative search experience. I am thrilled to partner with candidates and company partners to create matches that allow companies and individuals to grow faster together than they could apart.
